Place4shop.com will replace the product(s) or issue refunds at no cost to the customer if the product(s) is delivered with one of these 2 conditions
I. Wrong Product - If you get the wrong item due to our shipping mistake, please notify us immediately and we will arrange for you to return the incorrect item (at our expense) and we will ship you the correct item or give you a full refund.
II. II. Defective Product - If you receive a defective product, please notify us immediately and we will assign a RMA for you to return the product (at our expense) back to us. After we have examined and confirmed the defective product we'll ship out the replacement right away.
Return/Exchange
Please note that no returns will be accepted without RMA# and after 14 days.
Any refused shipment sent back to Place4shop.com does not constitute the right to a refund or credit. The customer will have to make arrangements with Place4shop.com to receive the refused shipment again. All refused shipment returned to Place4shop.com for credit is subject to a 25% restocking fee and deduction of shipping cost.
Products return or refund will be made only if the return meets the above guidelines. Product returned without adherence the above conditions will result in the return of the product to the customer and additional shipping/handling charge to the customer.
14 Days Return Procedures - NO RETURN WILL

FOR RETURN
All return items must be accompanied by a
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
You have 14 days from the day we shipped out
your product to file for a return with guideline
below.
1) Request a RMA number by sending an
email to rma@Place4shop.com with the following information:
Your phone number
Your billing name and address
Your e-mail address
Your original order number
Reasons for returning/exchanging the items
Important: Returns without a Return Authorization Number will be refused
2) In the return package, please include a copy of your email invoice. Write your RMA number on the outside of the box and mail to:

Please note that a RMA number is only valid for 7 days after its issuance, therefore merchandise cannot be returned after the RMA number expires.
3) After we have received you returnr/exchange product.
We will ship the replacement to you. Or
credit back to your credit card will take
anywhere from one to two billing cycle to
appear on your credit card from the day we
issued the credit, depending on your bank's
business practice. It may take up to 4 weeks.
* In compliance with the referenced price adjustment upon customer's agreement for RMA, all pricing, tax and shipping charge is subject to adjust on your order without further notice.
** Without RMA number and a copy of the invoice attached on your package, Place4shop.com reserves the right to reject your return package.
